On Friday, April 1, 2016, Adrien Broner defeated Ashley Theophane by ninth-round TKO, improving his record to 32-2, 24 KOs.

After the fight, Broner proudly proclaimed “I’m back to knocking people out,” right before telling the media that he will no longer be campaigning at 140-pounds.

It’s hard to imagine Broner continuing to knock people out at Welterweight, but matchups against fellow Al Haymon fighters like Keith Thurman, Errol Spence and Danny Garcia all seem viable.

Check out what Broner had to say regarding his victory over Theophane, moving up in weight, a fight against Floyd Mayweather and more!
