Saturday, June 20, 2015, Premier Boxing Champions returns to NBC at 8:30 pm, EST. Originally, the telecast was supposed to open up with the 10-round welterweight battle between undefeated rising star Errol “The Truth” Spence Jr. and brawler Roberto “La Amenaza” Garcia.
But, not surprisingly Garcia was extremely overweight as of Wednesday and he was pulled from the fight. Spence Jr. will likely have a late replacement but because we don’t know who that is at the time of posting we will skip that bout.
The 12-round headlining attraction features Adrien “The Problem” Broner taking on “Showtime” Shawn Porter.
