Daniel Jacobs defeated Sergio Mora via seventh round TKO on Friday, September 9th, 2016 at the Santander Bank Arena in Reading, PA.
Both fighters met in a rematch from their August 2015 bout that ended in an early victory for Jacobs despite both fighters getting knocked down.
The rematch ended up in a much more dramatic fashion as Daniel Jacobs knocked Sergio Mora down five times and the fight was ultimately stopped by both the referee and Sergio Mora’s corner in the 7th round.
Jacobs improves his record to 32-1 with 29KOs.
