Ali Akhmedov improved to 12-0 with an easy knockout win over Jorge Escalante (9-2-1, 6 KOs) in the main event of 360 Promotions latest edition of Hollywood Fight Nights on Wednesday night at The Avalon, in Hollywood, California.

After a couple body shots, referee Zac Young stepped in and stopped the bout in the fourth round. Escalante, from San Diego, was just trying to survive another round.

Akhmedov, who is trained by Abel Sanchez, backed Escalante into the corner and peppered him with shots in the third round.

Escalante was hit with a right cross that almost sent him to the canvas but he held on to the ropes. The referee called it a knockdown before the bell ended the round.

The Light Heavyweight from Kazakhstan put his skills on display, showing a strong jab and a violent overhand right. He was patient and picked his spots to deliver vicious power shots.
