According to ESPN Deportes, Bob Arum has offered Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. a chance to face heavy-hitting Middleweight, Gennady “GGG” Golovkin.
If the fight does happen, it will take place at the newly renovated Forum in Inglewood, California on July 12, 2014.
The particulars–including the weight limit–have not been determined as of yet, but one can only imagine that with Chavez Jr.’s weight issues, 168 pounds seems the only option.
