Hector Franco

Hector Franco is a Writer and Photographer living in the Tampa Bay Area. Hector graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Sociology with minors in Journalism and Film Studies. Hector began writing for the Kapiolani Community College student newspaper in 2006.
