Earlier this evening, Top Rank President Todd Duboef stated via Twitter that a third matchup between Brandon Rios and Mike Alvarado is set to go down in Denver on January 24, 2015.

The pair have engaged in two memorable wars, with each winning one a piece. Although fans and pundits have been vocal about the decline of both fighters, a third will certainly be welcomed to start the new year.
The winner might get a boost towards one more big fight, while the loser may need to seriously think about hanging up the gloves.
