Daniel Jacobs and Peter Quillin

In the highly anticipated middleweight world championship bout and the battle for Brooklyn supremacy, WBA middleweight champion Daniel “The Miracle Man” Jacobs (30-1, 27 KOs) weighed in at 159.5 pounds and Peter “Kid Chocolate” Quillin (32-0-1, 23 KOs) weighed in at 159 pounds.

Whether they are friends or foes, both fighters had an intense stare down with immense trash talking.

Quillin has struggled making weight in recent bouts, including losing the ability to win the WBO middleweight championship when he came into his bout against Andy Lee over the 160-pound limit.

His last bout against Michael Zerafa had a catch weight of 163 pounds to ensure Quillin would be able to meet the limit and he came in under at 160.
