On the Saturday, January 16, 2016 edition of UniMas’ Solo Boxeo, Erick De Leon (12-0, 5 KOs) took on Fidel Navarette (8-2-2, 4 KOs) in a scheduled eight-round Lightweight scrap.
The Mexican born, Detroit native, De Leon made quick work of Navarette, scoring a first-round KO victory.
Also featured on the card was Matt Korobov (25-1, 14 KOs) taking on Josue Obando (12-8-1) in a scheduled eight-round Middleweight bout.
Korobov went the distance with Obando, scoring a one-sided unanimous decision with scores of 80-71 (three times).
The fight card, presented by Top Rank, took place from The Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX.
