In a big-time step-up fight, Josh Taylor snagged a unanimous-decision victory against former WBC titleholder, Viktor Postol in Glasgow.
On paper, Postol was expected to provide Taylor with the toughest test of his 13-fight career and that was definitely what happened.
Taylor was forced to dig deep, and although he dropped Postol in Round 10, the fight seemed in the balance as it headed to the scorecards.
In the end, the three judges scored it a wide points victory for Taylor with scores 118-110, 117-110 and 119-108.
