Harold “King” Calderon (17-0, 10 KOs) is known as Miami’s welterweight boxing star who has joined forces with Raynelo Management as advisor to take his professional career to new heights.

The boxing world as we know it is making a big comeback in the sport by seeking to recruit some of the best underdog punchers around the world. Calderon is one of the most recognized names in the industry right now and his boxing records have proven him to be a force not to be reckoned with in the welterweight division.

His latest win over formerly undefeated John David “Pretty Boy” Martinez (10-1, 8 Ks), just proved once more that his skills and techniques in the ring can out-punch his opponent in the end. Calderon and Martinez fought the 10-round main event at the “Hometown Throw-down” event with an almost sold out crowd at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL on July 6th.

Calderon kept the body punches coming steady and with firm power against Martinez and the judge’s score cards clearly proved them to be true with scores of 99-91, 100-90 and 100-90. The fight had the crowd on their feet and screaming with over powering excitement as both fighters tirelessly fought in every single round making sure they both felt the jabs and the body punches with every determined hit.

“Really mean a lot to me. He’s been in my corner since day one. Always giving me great advice and making sure that I do things the right way and take my time and never rush things. It’s truly a blessing to have Nelson on my team! He is great advisor and mentor but an even a better person,’ added Calderon.
