On Saturday, March 26, Kell Brook (36-0, 25 KOs) ran through his IBF mandatory challenger Kevin Bizier (25-3, 17 KOs) to retain his Welterweight title at the Sheffield Arena in Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

After winning his title against Shawn Porter in 2014, Brook, a native of Yorkshire, United Kingdom, defended his title against Ionut Ion and Frankie Gavin in 2015 before making his 2016 debut tonight.

Bizier, a native of Quebec, Canada, had only previously lost Iounut Ion twice, who was a previous victim of Brook’s. Indeed,it was no surprise that Brook was able to walk Bizier down in two rounds.

“I wanted to warm into it and have an all-out war for you guys but he couldn’t stand up to him,” Brook told SkySports.com

“I hit him with a shot and that was all she wrote. I’ve got my mandatory out of the way and we’re going to get the big fight now.

Who do you think is next for Brook? Brook called out Danny Garcia and Timothy Bradley, both of whom are also titlists in the division; however, each respective fight would have to get through a bit of politics before coming to fruition.
