KlowdTV Caught Off Guard By Glowacki vs. Usyk Demand

After a bad streaming experience for the highly-anticipated boxing fight between Krzysztof Głowacki and Oleksandr Usyk, Chris Schickedanz, KlowdTV Managing Director, sent an email to apologize to new subscribers.

First and foremost we are terribly sorry for the quality of the fight that was delivered.

Today, KlowdTV was caught off guard by the high demand for our “free” PPV World Championship boxing event featuring Glowacki vs. Usyk for the WBO Cruiserweight World Title.

The high demand for this live event caused all services on KlowdTV to crash multiple times during the fight. Our technical team was on site and made a number of adjustments. Numerous upgrades will be made to avoid these issues moving forward.

We have made arrangements to re-air the fight this Wednesday on AWE. Boxing fans can enjoy an encore presentation of the Glowacki v. Usyk WBO World Cruiserweight fight this Wednesday at 9 pm Eastern / 6 pm Pacific on AWE, available on KlowdTV.

We are committed to making KlowdTV, among other things, the home for boxing fans. As an example, next Saturday, September 24th, KlowdTV via the AWE channel will be airing LIVE and EXCLUSIVELY the Crolla v. Lineras Lightweight Unification world title fight. We hope you tune in. Fight Network is also available to fight enthusiasts.

We appreciate your support and understanding during our active beta testing phase.
