Javier Molina vs. Jessie Roman

In the main event, super lightweight Javier Molina (18-2, 8 KOs)  defeated Jessie Roman (22-4, 11 KOs) by unanimous decision after eight rounds of action. All three judges scored it 78-73 in favor of Molina.

Rafael Gramajo vs. Victor Ruiz

Rafael Gramajo (10-1-2) scored a tough 8-round unanimous decision win over Victor Ruiz (21-9, 14 KOs) in the co-main event. Gramajo dropped Ruiz in the seventh round but he roared back from the knock down, landing hard right hooks. Official scores: 76-75, 76-75 and 78-73 in favor of Gramajo.

Joshua Franco vs. Isao Gonzalo Carranza

Joshua Franco (14-1, 6 KOs) defeats Isao Carranza (15-12-1, 9 KOs) by knockout in the fifth round of the TV opener. Franco landed a right hook that staggered Carranza and his corner had seen enough as they stop it at 1:36.

Joey Alday Jr. vs. Nam Phan

Texas native Joey Alday Jr. (8-0, 7 KOs) dominated Nam Phan (3-7-1, 2 KOs) en route to a 4-round unanimous decision victory in the opening bout. All three judges had it 40-36 in favor of Alday Jr.

“The fight went as planned,” said Joey Alday Jr. “I knew that he was a UFC fighter, so that meant I had to be very busy. I also knew he’d have a good chin because of his record. The win felt great and I’ll have to talk to my team about what’s next.”
