Alex Rincon joins Lamont Roach Jr., D’Mitrius Ballard and Kevin Rivers Jr. as the newest member of Team NoXcuse to sign with Golden Boy Promotions.
Managed by Lamont Roach Sr., Rincon will make his professional debut at Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, NY on Saturday, March 11, 2017 on the David Lemieux vs. Curtis Stevens undercard.
The Mexican-American Rincon, who is originally from Dallas, Texas, is a 21-year-old southpaw with an impressive amateur record of 87-14.
Aside from the numerous local and regional championships he won as an amateur, Rincon was also a Ringside World Champion in 2011, a Junior Olympics silver medalist in 2011, a silver medalist at the Klitschko Brothers International Tournament in Ukraine in 2013 and USA National Champion in 2013.
