Manny Pacquiao Has 5 Word Message For Gervonta Davis As He Calls Him Out For Comeback Fight

Manny Pacquiao has made a sensational call out to lightweight superstar Gervonta Davis.

The 46-year-old has enjoyed one of the most decorated careers in boxing history, winning world titles in eight weight divisions across a 72-fight campaign as a professional.

‘Pac-Man’ has not fought since suffering defeat at the hands of Yordenis Ugas in August 2021, but he has remained open to returning to the ring if the right opportunity presented itself.

In an interview with SecondsOut, Pacquiao spoke of a return to the sport, naming ‘Tank’ as someone he would willingly fight given the chance.

“I can fight anybody, even Gervonta Davis, I’m not scared of anybody.”

Davis is an exceptional fighter who has won all 30 of his bouts, with 28 of those coming inside the distance. He currently holds the WBA lightweight title, having also won titles at super featherweight and super lightweight.

The 30-year-old’s most recent victory came last June when he blasted out Frank Martin in the eighth round of their bout in Las Vegas. Davis is due to return to the ring in his latest title defence against Lamont Roach in Brooklyn, New York.

It was revealed at the back end of 2024 that ‘Tank’ has plans to retire from boxing at the end of 2025, which came as a shock to fans around the world. Davis confirmed he is ‘tired of boxing’, as he expressed his desire to spend more time with his family, which is something he has been unable to do due to dedicating himself to the sport.
