Undefeated heavyweight world champion Deontay Wilder retained his WBC title in his sixth defense with a dominant first-round knockout of mandatory challenger Bermane Stiverne on Saturday night.

In undercard action, Seanie Monaghan returned to the ring since his first pro loss at the hands of Marcus Browne in July.

Monaghan defeated Evert Bravo by unanimous decision to get back into the win column.
