Yes, RBRBoxing readers, Roy Jones Jr.(62-8, 44 KOs) is still fighting.

Tonight, at the Foxwoods Resort in Mashantucket, Connecticut–a place where many prospects get their start, Jones scored a sixth-round KO victory over Eric Watkins (12-10-2, 5 KOs).

The scheduled 10-rounder was televised on NuvoTV, a channel you are probably not familiar with and was a special attraction that ended season two of the reality show, Knockout.

Jones, who had his better days at Super Middleweight and Light Heavyweight, fought as a Cruiserweight tonight and looked like it.

The native of Pensacola, Florida, looked as slow and sluggish as a man of his age would, but his talent eventually allowed him to stop Watkins in Round 6 with a left hook.

Watkins is nowhere near the upper echelon in the division, making this fight fairly meaningless.

In the opening bout on the Knockout finale, Jonathan Arellano (16-6-2, 4 KOs) scored a fourth-round KO over Mike Oliver (26-6-1, 8 KOs)

Oliver was knocked down and hurt badly at the end of Round 4 with a left hook.

Oliver survived and got up, but could not make it out of his corner to start Round 5.

Also on the Knockout season finale, Jason Litzau and Hylon Williams battled to a split draw.
