After 11 hard-fought rounds, Sergey Kovalev finished off Anthony Yarde with a stiff jab in Round 11.
While the punch looked to be a routine jab, Yarde was brutally exhausted and physically spent when he was tagged by the punch.
With the victory, Kovalev now will focus on landing a lucrative fight against Middleweight kingpin, Canelo Alvarez.
HIGHLIGHTS: @KrusherKovalev surged late in defending his Light Heavyweight belt on home soil, and ultimately stopped Anthony Yarde in the 11th round – his 29th career KO.
