Saturday, January 18, 2014, live on HBO, Jean Pascal (28-2-1, 17 KOs) takes on Lucian Bute (31-1, 24 KOs) in what is being billed as one of the biggest–if not the biggest–fights in Canadian boxing history.
Pascal, who only fought once in 2013–a knockout victory over George Blades–is looking to get his name back in the 175-pound title mix with a win over Bute on Saturday night.
Bute, who has campaigned most of his career at Super Middleweight and won the NABF Light Heavyweight title by defeating Denis Grachev in 2012, is looking to further establish his presence in the division.
