Two warriors, Victor Ortiz and Andre Berto, will battle for bragging rights on April 30, 2016, at the StubHub Center in Carson, CA.
This fight will be broadcast live on Fox at 8pm ET / 5pm PT as part of the Premier Boxing Champions series.
This isn’t the first time these two welterweights have faced each other. In 2011, Berto was to defend is WBC World Welterweight title against Ortiz in a 12-round throwdown. The clash was the fight of the year and it ended in a unanimous decision victory for Victor Ortiz who was crowed the new champion.
Now, 5 years later, Ortiz and Berto are ready to step in the ring once again to settle the score and prove once and for all who the better fighter is.
This rematch has “fight of the year” written all over it.
