Pacquiao’s “Fire” In Question

Max Kellerman brought up the point of Manny Pacquiao’s fierceness and “fire” in the ring, something that Timothy Bradley undoubtedly says is gone from the Filipino fighter.
When Kellerman asked, “you don’t think it’s gone?”, Pacquiao responded with a shy smile, saying, “That’s why I will pray for that [fire].”
Not really the fierce response fans were looking for.
Upon hearing this less than confident answer, Bradley pounced on Pacquiao, asking his opponent, “Do you think it’s gone? Do you think it’s still there?”
Again, Pacquiao softly responded, “I believe that.”
One thing is for sure, Pacquiao is not going to be boastful or arrogant, which has never been his MO, but the way he describes his “hunger” simply lacks, well, hunger.
Can Pacquiao really muster up that old fire that he had when he was rolling through Marco Antonio Barrera, David Diaz and Ricky Hatton?
