On Saturday, February 25, 2017, Miguel Cotto and James Kirkland will square off in a scheduled 12-round bout live on HBO Pay-Per-View.

For many boxing fans, having to shell out $50 of more for this fight is a tough pill to swallow.

But, don’t go asking Kirkland’s trainer Ann Wolfe to feel sorry for you, because she’s of the opinion that if you don’t like it, then you don’t have to pay for it.

“For the people critisizing, keep your $50 dollars in your pocket,” said Wolfe at today’s Cotto-Kirkland kick-off press conference. Probably not the way Roc Nation Sports wants to promote the fight, but Wolfe is not one to bite her tongue.

Boxing fans know that when Kirkland has Wolfe in his corner he’s a different type of fighter, but many folks are just turned off by the fact that HBO is putting this fight on pay-per-view.

What are your thoughts on Cotto vs. Kirkland? Will you pay to watch it on HBO Pay-Per-View?
