Making her United States debut Saturday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, Lightweight Katie Taylor ran her record to 6-0, 4 KOs by beating down Jasmine Clarkson (4-9, 0 KOs).
Taylor, the former Olympic gold medalist wasted no time attacking Clarkson with everything in her arsenal.
The obvious mismatch showcased Taylor’s skills with her polished combinations and she showed no nerves fighting for the first time in the states.
Clarkson, who took the fight on short notice, was stopped for the first time in her career after her corner stepped in and decided to call it after the third round.
