Friday, August 28, 2015, Kings Promotions presents a stellar boxing card at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.
The exciting night of action features a stacked 12-fight card, headlined by a dynamite matchup between Cincinatti, Ohio’s Brandon “Untouchable” Bennett (19-1, 8 KOs) vs. North Bergen, New Jersey’s Jonathan Maicelo (21-2, 12 KOs).
Bennett is riding a three-fight win streak since suffering his only professional defeat to top-contender, Francisco Vargas.
Maicelo—originally from Callao, Peru—looks to bounce back after dropping a unanimous decision in his last bout to Darleys Perez for the interim WBA World Lightweight title.
Also being featured in separate 10-round bouts will be 2012 Olympian Jamel “Semper Fi” Herring (12-0, 7 KOs), heavy-hitting Super Middleweight, Phil Jackson-Benson (15-2, 14 KOs) and undefeated Lightweight, Robert Easter (14-0, 11 KOs).
Rounding out the night in separate bouts will be Demond Nicholson (13-1, 13 KOs), David Grayton (11-0, 8 KOs), Patrick Harris (6-0, 4 KOs), Immanuwel Aleem (13-0, 9 KOs), Kareem Martin (5-0-1, 3 KOs), Raynell Williams (8-0, 4 KOs), Jamontay Clark (6-0, 3 KOs) and Leo Hall (6-0, 6 KOs).
