LONG ISLAND, NY. (June 30, 2017) – Fight fans are invited to join in the celebration as big-time boxing returns to Long Island on Saturday, July 15.
A Fan Tailgate Party will be held for all ticket holders from 4 – 6 p.m. prior to the Premier Boxing Champions event at NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Fans can enjoy food, drinks and more.
WHAT: Fan Tailgate Party to be held prior to the first boxing event at the Coliseum since Mike Tyson headlined in 1986. WBAB, Long Island’s Only Classic Rock station, will be providing entertainment for the tailgate with music, prizes and more. Food and drink options will be available for purchase.
WHEN: Saturday, July 15 Tailgate begins at 4 p.m. Doors will open at 5 p.m.

Fans inside the Coliseum will see Staten Island’s Marcus Browne take on Long Island fan-favorite Seanie Monaghan in a battle of unbeaten light heavyweights and a showdown between Polish heavyweights Artur Szpilka and Adam Kownacki. The action on FOX and FOX Deportes begins at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT and is headlined by a matchup of exciting former world champions Omar Figueroa and Robert Guerrero.
