According to Boxing Scene, the Boxing Writers Association of America have voted Floyd Mayweather as its 2013 “Fighter of the Year.”
Mayweather has now won the award twice in his career, having won it in 2007 as well.
In addition, the BWAA also named Freddie Roach the 2013 “Trainer of the Year.”
Roach has now won the award a record six times in his hall of fame career.
