The Broke Team’s Super Welterweight contender Nathaniel “No Problem” Gallimore

A few weeks ago PMNM had the chance to speak with Super Welterweight contender Nathaniel Gallimore (19-1-1, 16 KOs) to discuss his upset knockout victory over Augusta, Georgia’s one-loss Justin DeLoach. Gallimore detailed the social media exchanges that fueled the brutal five rounds of action which included multiple trips to the canvas for DeLoach.

The Broke Team fighter also talked about training at Garfield Park on the West Side of Chicago with his TBT brethren and trainer George Hernandez – a recent inductee into the Illinois Boxing Hall of Fame. Gallimore also shared his thoughts on the role the memory of his friend the late Ed “Bad Boy” Brown plays in keeping him focused on his title aspirations.

This week’s episode also includes audio clips from WBC world Heavyweight champion Deontay “Bronze Bomber” Wilder (@ 45:57) and WBA/WBC world Welterweight champion Keith “One Time” Thurman (@ 46:36), recorded during a presser at Barclays Center ahead of Showtime Championship Boxing’s October 14 Super Welterweight triple-header headlined by Erislandy Lara versus Terrell Gausha . Check out the recap video shot in Queens, New York with Tha Boxing Voice’s Adam Sperber here.
