Trout dominated Hernandez throughout the fight, landing a barrage of body shots which slowed Hernandez down and eventually dropped him in Round 6. Hernandez was unable to beat the count, giving Trout the stoppage victory.
Jorge Lara vs. Jesus Rojas, 10 rounds, Featherweights
The fight ended with a sixth-round technical draw. The fight was stopped after Lara suffered two cuts from two headbutts, and was unable to continue.
Ahmed Elbiali vs. Fabiano Pena, 8 rounds, Light Heavyweights
Elbiali scored a quick KO in Round 1 over Pena. The referee didn’t allow Pena to beat the count, so some could argue that the stoppage was a bit premature.
Alexis Santiago vs. Fernando Lumacad, 8 or 10 rounds, Bantamweights
Santiago scored a second-round knockdown en route to a six-round unanimous decision victory. All judges scored the fight 59-54, 60-53, and 60-53 for Santiago.
Maurice Lee vs. Sean Henson, 4 or 6 rounds, Lightweights
Lee scored a third-round knockout victory over Henson. After beating Henson down for 2 rounds, Lee landed a body shot in Round 3 that promptly ended the fight.
Charvis Holyfield vs. Jose Mejia, 4 rounds, Junior Welterweights
Holyfield easily stopped Mejia in Round 1 with a barrage of shots.
Eddie Ramirez vs. Darnell Jiles, 4 or 6 rounds, Welterweights
Ramirez scored a knockdown in Round 1 en route to a six-round unanimous decision victory. All judges scored the fight 60-53.
Kevin Watts vs. Joaquin Chavez, 4 or 6 rounds, Welterweights
Watts scored two knockdowns en route to a third-round KO victory over Jiles.
