RESULTS:
Miguel Flores vs. Mario Briones
Miguel Flores (19-0, 9 KOs) stayed undefeated, but not unblemished after a ruckus of a scrap with Mario Briones (27-5-2, 20 KOs).
Flores, who made the trip to San Antonio from Houston, was the clear winner but the wide scores the judges turned in don’t tell the entire story.
Ahmed Elbiali vs. Andrew Hernandez
Ahmed Elbiali (14-0, 11 KO) earns an eight-round unanimous decision victory over Andrew Hernandez (10-4-1, 2 KO).
Elbiali, of Florida by way of Cairo, Egypt, was too powerful for Hernandez. He landed over 60 more power shots than his adversary, showing off a decent engine for a stout light heavyweight.
Elbiali tested tonight, had a 125-62 edge in power landed, Hernandez 94-28 edge in jabs landed. who wins? @premierboxing #PBConFS1

The 25-year-old Elbiali chased Hernandez down for the majority of the fight. He was surprised by clubbing right hands but answered back flush hooks and uppercuts, mixing up his attack to the head and body. Hernandez fired off a light jab that did upset Elbiali’s movement but was for the most part overwhelmed by the two-time Florida Golden Gloves winner.

Bryant Perrella vs. Ramon Ayala
Bryant Perrella (13-0, 12 KOs), another Florida resident, picked up a third-round TKO of Mexico’s Ramon Ayala (25-6-1, 13 KOs).
Perrella came out of the gates like a sharpshooter. He fired off jabs through Ayala’s guard, and stuffed left uppercuts into the Mexican.
Ayala was busier lunging at his younger foe to hug and clinch than actually punch back.
The 26-year-old Perrella didn’t look the less experienced man tagging Ayala at will. The 32-fight veteran was looking for a way out early on and didn’t make it off of his stool heading into Round 3.
Leduan Barthelemy vs. Heriberto Delgado
Leduan Barthelemy (8-0, 4 KOs), brother to one IBF lightweight champion Rances, ends Tijuana’s Heriberto Delgado’s (11-4-1, 6 KOs) night in Round 3 via a stunning right-hook counter, stretching the Mexican out on his back for the entirety of the referee’s 10 count.
Brandon Figueroa vs. Harold Reyes
In the event’s swing bout, Brandon Figueroa (5-0, 3 KO), younger brother to former lightweight champ Omar, stopped Harold Reyes (2-3-1) in the sixth and final round of their bantamweight contest.
Girban Ruiz vs. Rudy Lozano
After a brutal four rounds, Texas locals Girban Ruiz (1-0-1, 1 KO) and Rudy Lozano (2-1-2) fight to a majority draw (40-36 Ruiz, 38-38 twice).
