At 44 years of age, Roy Jones stayed busy with a victory over Zine Eddine Benmakhlouf in Russia on Saturday night.
The once undisputed pound-for-pound king won a 12-round unanimous decision to the tune of 118-109, 119-108, 120-108 and now sets his sites on UFC great Anderson Silva.
According to the Daily Mail UK, Jones stated after his victory that he the reason he fought was to be ready for Silva in case the Brazilian fighter beats Chris Weidman in their rematch.
