Seniesa Estrada (3-0, 1 KO) scored a six-round unanimous decision win over Carly Batey (4-4-2) at the Forum in Inglewood, California.
The Flyweight fight was on the untelevised undercard of Golovkin-Monroe.
Estrada, a native of East Los Angeles, California, outboxed Batey by using her distance, landing one-two combinations and by often switching stances to land counter left hands.
In the first round, Estrada landed jabs and right hands to the head and body of Batey. In the following round, Estrada began switching stances and landed several left hands.
In Round 5, Estrada scored a knockdown as she powerfully dropped Batey with a left hand.
Estrada could not stop Batey, but nevertheless walked away with scores of 58-55, 58-55, and 57-56.
