On Saturday, April 9, 2016, Charles Martin (23-0-1, 21 KOs) defends his newly-won IBF Heavyweight title against heavy-hitting British product, Anthony Joshua (15-0, 15 KOs).
The fight will take place at the O2 Arena in London and will air live on Showtime in the United States.
Martin is making a bold move by taking on one of the division’s youngest and most dangerous opponents and he’s doing it in Joshua’s backyard.
Joshua, an Olympic gold medalist, is being tabbed as the next great British Heavyweight and to fulfill that lofty billing he will surely need to defeat Martin.
