On Saturday, January 24, 2015, former world champions and co-stars of one this era’s most intense and exciting boxing rivalries–Denver’s “Mile High” Mike Alvarado (34-3, 23 KOs) and Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios (32-2-1, 23 KOs), of Oxnard, California look to settle their score once and for all.
The two-fight card–which also features undefeated up-and-comer, Gilberto Ramirez (30-0, 24 KOs) taking on Maxim Vlasov (30-1, 15 KOs)–will be held at 1stBank Center in Bloomfield, Colorado and televised live on HBO starting at 9:45 pm, EST.
For Rios and Alvarado, this is more than just an end to their thrilling series, it could mean an end to their careers.
