RBRBoxing stopped by Hilllcrest Boxing Gym to catch up with “Swift” Jarrett Hurd who is preparing for his April 7 title unification clash against WBA champion, Erislandy Lara at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The fight will air live on Showtime Championship Boxing and will help determine who is the best 154-pound fighter in the world.
Hurd discusses his preparation for Lara, motivation and heading back to the location where he had his first Showtime televised fight–a breakout performance against Frank Galarza.
