After a horrendous open media workout on Friday, it seems that UFC and Dana White felt that Conor McGregor needed some positive juice going into the weekend.
McGregor’s fight with Floyd Mayweather, which is coming up on August 26, is looking more and more difficult for McGregor as Mayweather is in tip-top shape.
Late Friday night, UFC boss Dana White released the much-talked-about sparring footage between McGregor and two-time boxing champion Paulie Malignaggi where it appears that McGregor scores a knockdown.

At first glance, it looks as though McGregor scores a clean knockdown, but if you look closely you can see McGregor pushing Malignaggi at the head and possibly even simultaneously stepping on his foot.
You can argue it all day–which people have been doing on Instagram–but one thing is for sure, Malignaggi is pissed.
@danawhite you bitchass you were actually there and saw all 12 rounds. Really you fuckin cue ball ass fraud? Kissin my ass after the 12rds.
