On Tuesday, February 9, 2016, Golden Boy Promotions and Westside Boxing Club announced that the Los Angeles, California gym will now serve as an official ticket seller for the promotions’ LA Fight Club events at the Belasco Theater in Downtown, Los Angeles.
Since the beginning of 2015, Golden Boy Promotions has used LA Fight Club as a local place to grow its pool of young talent with fighters such as Julian Ramirez, Abraham Lopez, Christian Gonzalez and Nick Arce.
Due to its proximity and its ability to garner local support en masse for its fighters, a group they call the “Marching Skulls,” Westside Boxing Club earned the right to be an official seller.
“We will now provide tickets for purchase for all LA Fight Club events. So, whether it’s on February 19, March 4 or any of the events planned for 2016 right here,” said a representative of the gym.
